At AmirWriting, we strive to provide the best tutoring experience for our clients. We understand that schedules can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as much as possible.

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

• To qualify for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

2. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of booking.

3. Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative time.

4. Non-Refundable Services

• Payments for missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable.
